We understand that our customers aren't making money if they have to wait for material. That's why we are committed to providing the fastest possible service. And that is the philosophy behind our Express service.

Express Will Call

If you call in an order for will call express, we will have the order filled and waiting for you in under an hour. This service, available to all our customers, is for those times when you know exactly what you need and want to get in and out in a hurry. To facilitate this service, we always have a counterman on call for our express orders and a separate will call counter. Please call your nearest branch for additional details.

Express Delivery

We also offer express deliveries in addition to our normal route deliveries. Can't spare any personnel to pick up those emergency supplies? We can deliver locally within an hour and a half.

24 Hour Response

When your customer calls in the middle of the night with a broken pipe, what do you do when you don't have the parts to fix it? You can tell them to wait until morning, but it's not likely that they'll be sympathetic when they're standing in water. We understand that a successful business goes beyond the call of duty, so we have a 24 hour on call service. If you have an emergency repair after our normal business hours, we have a pager number to call. Someone from Pace will meet you at our warehouse, and fill your order.
