All CPVC solvent cement shall be a primerless, one-step type, (primerless) fast setting, medium bodied specifically formulated and approved for use with Spears® LabWaste® CPVC corrosive waste drainage system products with interference fit through 24 in. All solvent cement shall conform to ASTM F493 and shall have DWV, SW and U.P. Code, ICC-ES PMG listings and be certified by NSF international for corrosive waste applications. Solvent cement shall conform to low VOC emission requirements in accordance with SCAQMD Rule 1168/316A. All solvent cement shall be provided in a yellow color and have a two (2) year shelf life.
