This 2 in lead free water pressure reducing valve is used in commercial and residential applications to reduce incoming water pressure for protection of plumbing system components and to reduce water consumption. It consists of a lead free cast copper silicon alloy, integral stainless steel strainer and thermal expansion bypass. It features NPT threaded double union female end connections. The maximum working pressure is 300 psi and may be adjusted from 25 to 75 psi. The standard setting is 50 psi. All parts are quickly and easily serviceable without removing the valve from the line.
