- Automatic non-electric gas thermostat adjustable to 180 deg F - when installed with a mixing valve, can deliver 180 deg F sanitizing and 140 deg F general purpose hot water simultaneously
- Combustion chamber door - including hinged knob outside access and sliding inner door to sequester burner and pilot area for added safety
- Factory installed energy cut-off system and pressure/temperature relief valve
- Small vent size and top mount water connections - allow for universal replacement of other brands
The American Standard® Commercial Low NOx Residential Duty Gas Models D 75-76-AS and D 100-83-AS, are designed to fulfill the hot water requirements of large residences, businesses, barber and beauty shops, small office buildings and multifamily developments up to four single or three double bath units use Model D 75-76-AS and for up to seven single or five double bath units use Model D 100-83-AS.
