The 1/4" 860XL Resilient Seated Ball Type Test Cock is utilized as a test port for attaching a differential pressure gauge on backflow preventers. The 860XL comes standard with a male NPT inlet and female NPT outlet connection, with an optional SAE flare fitting that allows for fast, easy attachment of test kit hoses. It is operable with a screwdriver slot, and the Model 860XLFT also includes a threaded dust cover for added protection against fouling caused by unwanted insects, dirt, and debris. Available with 1/8” x 1/4” and 1/4” x 1/4” quarter turn test cocks, the 860XL features a maximum pressure of 300 psi WOG, and a maximum temperature of 180°F.
